CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON DOBBINS ROAD FROM 200 FEET WEST OF 51ST AVENUE Approve new traffic controls (Speed Limits) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A 45 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE on Dobbins Road from 200 feet west of 51st Avenue to 51st Avenue.
