61. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON SOUTHERN AVENUE AND PALO VERDE ROAD Approve a change in traffic controls (All Way Stop) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: An All Way Stop (from a Two-Way north/south Stop) at Southern Avenue and Palo Verde Road. (This partially rescinds the Through Street Resolution on Southern Avenue dated May 21, 1957). This agenda item is the result of an in-house safety study conducted by MCDOT. After evaluating current traffic volumes, accident records and sight distance it was determined that warrants were met for a multiway stop. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-14-010-M-00)
