76. SUPPLEMENTAL PUBLIC HIGHWAY AT-GRADE CROSSING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD Approve Supplemental Public Highway At-Grade Crossing Improvement Agreement with Union Pacific Railroad. This agreement covers the reconstruction, widening signal improvement and preemption of the existing 107th Ave. at-grade public road crossing. The improvements required for this intersection include widening the track crossing and relocation and upgrade of the crossing arms. It will also require the addition of preemption for east bound traffic turning north on 107th Ave. during train movement in the area. The cost to execute this agreement with the railroad is $30,239.
