75. CONTRACT WITH MICHAEL BAKER JR. INC. FOR SOUTHERN PARKWAY FEASIBILITY STUDY Approve Contract No. 2013-002, with Michael Baker Jr. Inc., for Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Southern Parkway Feasibility Study (Salome Highway to State Route 85), for a sum not to exceed three hundred forty three thousand, forty one dollars and thirty seven cents ($343,041.37). The Contract completion date shall be 365 days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. The Summary Procurement process was used in consultant selection. Five consulting firms were interviewed. Based upon the outcome of the interview Michael Baker Jr., Inc. was selected for this study. Funding is available through the Transportation Department (640) Transportation Capital Project Fund (234) Transportation Planning (TPLN) Project, Sub Project T005. Supervisor District No. 4 (C-64-14-018-5-00)
