76. CONTRACT WITH PARSON BRINCKERHOFF, INC. FOR ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES Approve Contract No. 2013-014 with Parsons Brinckerhoff, Inc. (PB) for On-Call Construction Administration Services. This contract shall be effective for a period of two years with an option to renew for an additional one year following Board of Supervisors approval, or until the expenditure of $2,000,000.00, whichever occurs first. Construction Administration and Management services under this contract will encompass Management and Administrative Services inclusive of federal aid reporting, Providing a Resident Engineer, Inspection of progress and final work, Materials Sampling and Testing, and Construction Staking and Surveying, all as detailed in individual work assignments. The hourly rates for these services are per the accepted fee schedule, as revised on July 25, 2013, and will remain in effect throughout the term of the contract. The advertising and terms of this contract were in accordance with federal requirements and the County is eligible to receive federal aid funds for the requested services on qualifying assignments.
