80. IGA WITH THE CITY OF LITCHFIELD PARK FOR OPERATING AND MAINTAINING TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT CAMELBACK ROAD AND LITCHFIELD ROAD Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County, acting through the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (County) and the City of Litchfield Park, a municipal corporation (City) for operating and maintaining the existing traffic signal at Camelback Road and Litchfield Road. The County and City agree that the Parties will share the costs to operate and maintain the traffic signal. The County shall pay 75 percent of the costs, and the City shall pay 25 percent of the costs. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-14-022-M-00)
