55. CHANGE ORDER NO. 7 WITH TRISTAR ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES Approve Change Order No. 7 to Consultant Services Contract No. 2011-039 with Tristar Engineering and Management, Inc. in an amount of $218,763.89 for Construction Administration Services on the Northern Parkway - Sarival to Dysart, Phase 1, Project No. TT195. Change Order requested to modify the Construction Administration Services contract as follows: Extend the Base Contract Period of Service 61-days and increase the not-to-exceed contract base fee $218,763.89 due to the Construction Contractor being over six-months behind schedule. With this Change Order No. 7 and prior Change Order No’s. 3 thru 6, the Base Contract Period of Service will have been extended a total of 231-days due to the Construction Contractor schedule slippage. The Optional Task Allowance time extension of 120-days per previous Change Order No. 3 is unaffected by Change Order No. 7. The Optional Task Allowance completion date shall be 120-days after the revised Base Contract completion date of 11/30/2013. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-14-029-5-00)
