54. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-267) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-267 to abandon a portion of 162nd Drive in the vicinity of the Beardsley Canal by partially extinguishing the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of an Easement and Agreement for Highway Purposes on March 17, 2003 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as Instrument no. 2003-0833184. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-14-034-M-00)
