53. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON 63RD STREET Approve new traffic controls (NO STOPPING, STANDING, PARKING ANY TIME) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A NO STOPPING, STANDING, PARKING ANY TIME ZONE on 63rd Street from 450 feet north of Main Street to 850 feet north of Main Street (West Side Only). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study conducted at the request of the residents. Vehicles parked on Maricopa County right-of-way are causing obstructions to the traveling public. In the interest of public safety these signs are warranted.
