69. CONTRACT WITH TRISTAR ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES - NORTHERN PARKWAY: SARIVAL AVENUE TO DYSART ROAD LANDSCAPE Approve Contract No. 2013-040, with Tristar Engineering and Management, Inc. for Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Construction Administration Services in the amount not-to-exceed $647,399.58 for MCDOT MAG ALCP (ALCP), Northern Parkway: Sarival Avenue to Dysart Road Landscape , Project No. TT195. The landscape work on this project consists of over 4.5-miles of new landscape and irrigation construction along the Northern Parkway Phase 1 segment from Sarival Avenue to Dysart Road. The landscape work includes a one-year landscape establishment period which begins at completion of the landscape construction. Construction of this project will be procured in accordance with the mandate set forth in the Maricopa County Procurement Code, Article 5, and Section 504. The project is in Supervisor District No. 4. (C-64-14-041-5-00)
