68. CONTRACT WITH TRISTAR ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES - NORTHERN PARKWAY: REEMS ROAD OVERPASS AND LITCHFIELD ROAD OVERPASS Approve Contract No. 2013-016, with Tristar Engineering and Management, Inc. for Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Construction Administration Services in the amount not-to-exceed $1,142,086.04 for MCDOT MAG ALCP (ALCP), Northern Parkway: Reems Road Overpass and Litchfield Road Overpass, Project No. TT369. The construction work on this project consists of building two overpass bridge crossings (approx. 1700-feet each) and approaches on Northern Parkway at Reems Road and at Litchfield Road. The bridge work includes construction of roadway embankment, asphalt concrete pavement, portland cement concrete pavement, concrete curb and sidewalk, concrete barrier, pavement marking and other items per the project plans. Construction of this project will be procured in accordance with the mandate set forth in the Maricopa County Procurement Code, Article 5, and Section 504. The project is in Supervisor District No. 4. (C-64-14-042-5-00)
