50. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE CITY OF LITCHFIELD PARK FOR OPERATING AND MAINTAINING THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT CAMELBACK ROAD AND LITCHFIELD ROAD Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and City of Litchfield Park for operating and maintaining the traffic signal at Litchfield Road and Camelback Road. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time prior to the expiration date by furnishing the other party with a thirty (30) day written notice. The County and the City previously entered into an agreement in 2013 for the maintenance and operations of the traffic signal. That agreement has expired and both Parties wish to extend the terms of the agreement. The County will continue to operate and maintain the traffic signal until November 20, 2023, and will invoice the City for annual services. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-14-043-M-01)
