50. SALE OF EXCESS LAND Approve and execute documents related to sale of four (4) portions of excess County property to the State of Arizona through the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). Property was declared excess on July 25, 2007 and is located along the Loop 303 corridor north of Sun City West and Corte Bella. This action impacts the available Maricopa County Department of Transportation excess land for sale in District 4. (C-64-14-076-M-00)
