52. BID AND AWARD FOR EAST MESA SUBDIVISIONS, PHASE 2 Approve the solicitation of bids for Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s East Mesa Subdivisions Phase 2, Transportation Improvement Program Project Pavement Preservation sub-project TT434. Award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s Estimate by more than ten percent. The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate roadways in East Mesa subdivisions bounded by University Drive to the north, 86th Street to the east, Broadway Road to the south, and 80th Street to the west by milling and overlaying the existing pavement.
