I-1. DISSOLUTION OF K106, 7TH STREET NORTH IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Adopt a resolution dissolving K106, 7th Street North Improvement District (District 3) in accordance with A.R.S. 48-959. All obligations of this improvement district have been paid in full and operation and maintenance has been taken over by the county. It is further recommended that the County Treasurer transfer the remaining balance ($32,943.36) to the appropriate MCDOT account for District Engineering Services costs per A.R.S. 48-965. The Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office has researched their files and confirmed that this district does not have any bonds and/or coupons outstanding. The district is located in the vicinity of Carefree Highway and 7th Street. (C-64-14-087-7-00)
