58. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON JOY RANCH ROAD AND 7TH AVENUE Approve a change in traffic controls (All Way Stop) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: An All Way Stop (from a Two-Way east / west Stop) at Joy Ranch Road and 7th Avenue. (This partially rescinds the Through Street Resolution on 7th Avenue dated July 11, 1988). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering safety study conducted by MCDOT. After evaluating current traffic volumes, accident records and sight distance it was determined that warrants were met for a multi-way stop. Supervisory District No. 3 (C-64-14-093-M-00)
