IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT REQUEST FOR REVIEW OVER THRESHOLD Per the Board approved FY 2015 Budget Guidelines and Priorities, approve allowing the Office of Management & Budget to review the following request over threshold: • New FY 2015 funding for one-time consultant services for the re-evaluation of existing Improvement District policies and procedures (Operating expense, Fund 100, Priority #3). Superintendent of Streets is requesting funding to re-evaluate policies and procedures with the Improvement District. (C-64-14-098-2-00)
