50. IGA WITH THE CITY OF MESA FOR PAINT MAINTENANCE: BROADWAY ROAD BRIDGE STRUCTURES Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the City of Mesa for the paint maintenance of the Broadway Road Bridge Structures. The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to identify and define the respective roles and responsibilities of the County and the City related to paint maintenance of the structures. The structures are owned and maintained by Maricopa County. The structures traverse the Tempe Canal and are located at the western jurisdictional boundaries of the City of Mesa and the City of Tempe, as depicted in the attached Exhibit “A”. Maricopa County is entering into this Agreement because the City shall be responsible for the paint maintenance of the structures, as depicted in Exhibit “B.” Supervisory Districts No. 1 and 2 (C-64-14-105-M-00)
