A-3. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Approve the transfer of FY 2014 expenditure authority from Department of Transportation (640) Transportation Capital Projects Fund (234) Pavement Preservation (PAVE) to Department of Transportation (640) Transportation Capital Projects Fund (234) Transportation Administration (TADM) in the amount of $2,570,000. The subproject Improvements to Buckeye Yard (T387) has been incorrectly associated with the Pavement Preservation class of projects and needs to be associated with the Transportation Administration class of projects. The Buckeye Yard is the Department of Transportation’s facility in the southwest that houses staff and equipment, which is more administrative in nature. This action will resolve an audit finding.
