50. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON AVONDALE BOULEVARD Approve a change in traffic controls (Speed Limits) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A 40 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 35 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Avondale Boulevard from one half mile south of Southern Avenue to Indian Springs Road. (This rescinds the 35 MPH speed limit zone dated December 8, 1993). This agenda item is the result of a study to post speed limit signs on roadways that have changed roadway classification.
