CONTRACT WITH KIMLEY-HORN, INC FOR MC 85 AT 83RD AVENUE AND CENTER TURN LANE EXPANSION Approve contract No. 2013-043, with Kimley-Horn, Inc., to perform final design services for Maricopa County Department of Transportation, Project No. TT345, MC 85 at 83rd Avenue and Center Turn Lane Expansion: 107th Avenue to 75th Avenue, for a sum not to exceed seven hundred sixty one thousand one hundred seven dollars and twenty six cents ($761,107.26). The Contract completion date shall be 365 days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. Supervisor District: 5 (C-64-14-122-5-00)
