56. CONTRACT WITH STANLEY CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR FINAL DESIGN SERVICES: NORTHERN PARKWAY - DYSART ROAD TO 111TH AVENUE Approve the award of Contract No. 2013-041, with Stanley Consultants, Inc., to perform final design services for Maricopa County Department of Transportation, Project MAG ALCP Projects sub-project No. TT347, Northern Parkway - Dysart Road to 111th Avenue, for a sum not-to-exceed one million two hundred fifty thousand one hundred three dollars and sixty-eight cents ($1,250,103.68). The Contract completion date shall be two hundred forty (240) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. Supervisor District: 4 (C-64-14-124-5-00)

76. CHANGE ORDER TO CONTRACT WITH STANLEY CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR ADDITIONAL DESIGN SERVICES Approve Change Order No. 11 for $213,398.57 with Stanley Consultants (Contract 2013-041) for additional design services and post design services for the Northern Parkway - Dysart Road to 111th Avenue project. The additional services extend the duration of the contract to the end of construction. Previous change orders brought the cumulative change order amount to greater than one million dollars and therefore this subsequent change order requires Board of Supervisors approval. The initial contract and change orders #10 and 11 were approved under C#s, C-64-14-124-5-00, C-64-17-121-5-00, and C-64-18-077-5-00. The proposed change order adds post design services to the contract, and also addresses additional design service s. Supervisory District No. 4. (C-64-18-077-5-00)
