57. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-273) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-273 to abandon a portion of Calle De Las Estrellas and 65th Street alignments in the vicinity of Lone Mountain Road and 64th Street by extinguishing the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of an Easement And Agreement For Highway Purposes on April 7, 1987 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Instrument no. 1987-0211539. Supervisory District No. 2 (C-64-14-126-M-00)
