47. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-274) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-274 to abandon a portion of Mark Lane in the vicinity of Mark Lane and 65th Street, which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of an Easement and Agreement for Highway Purposes on May 12, 1982 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as Dkt 16018, Page 1108 and on May 25, 1977 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as Dkt 12239 Pg 1356. Supervisory District No. 2 (C-64-14-133-M-00)
