106. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON CITRUS ROAD Approve a change in traffic controls (Speed Limits) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A 40 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 45MPH - 35MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on Citrus Road from Bethany Home Road to Olive Avenue. (This partially rescinds the 45 MPH speed limit zone dated September 6th, 2006 and rescinds the 45 MPH speed limit zone dated March 20th, 1989, the 35 MPH speed limit zone dated September 6th, 2006, and the 45 MPH speed limit zone dated August 3, 2011). This agenda item is the result of a request from residents to lower the speed limit on this section of roadway due to the amount of bicycle and pedestrian traffic that use this road.
