95. AGREEMENT WITH SIERRA NEGRA RANCH FOR THE ACQUISTION AND STORAGE OF EXCESS MATERIAL Approve the agreement between Maricopa County, acting through the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (County) and Sierra Negra Ranch for the acquisition and storage of excess materials. Sierra Negra Ranch has agreed to provide, at no cost, the County Excess Material that will be used for storm damage repairs on dirt roads and paved road shoulder repairs in the Tonopah area. The purpose of this Agreement is to identify and define the responsibilities of the County and Property Owner for the acquisition and storage of the Excess Material. The term of this Agreement shall be five years. After 24 months from the effective date of this Agreement, the Property Owner may accelerate the termination of this Agreement by providing one hundred and eighty days written notice to the County.
