53. BID AND AWARD FOR ASPHALT RUBBER OVERLAY PROJECT Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Asphalt Rubber Overlay Project, FY15, Work Order Number T472. Award to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. This project consists of edge milling and overlaying the existing road surfaces with Asphalt Rubber Concrete Pavement. Replacement or installation of pavement delineation and other miscellaneous work items are required to complete the project. This project will complete overlaying of roads in the Northern Parkway area. The project consists of approximately 16 miles of roads. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-15-038-M-00)
