56. CONTRACT WITH SWAINE ASPHALT CORPORATION FOR TRAFFIC CALMING SERVICES Approve the award of Job Order Contract (JOC), Contract No. 2014-033, with Swaine Asphalt Corporation, for a not-exceed amount of $600,000 for Traffic Calming Services performed when requested by the Maricopa County Department of Transportation. Funds will be budgeted through the Transportation Department (640) Transportation Capital Projects fund (234) Traffic Improvement (TIMP) Project, Sub-Project T365. This JOC shall be effective for a period of one year from the Board award date and may be renewed, if mutually agreed to by both the Contractor and the County, for an additional two one-year periods. The Contractor shall be paid a total fee not-to-exceed $600,000 over three years. The annual contract amount not-to-exceed $200,000. Supervisory Districts: All (C-64-15-091-M-00)
