49. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-281) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-281 to abandon a portion of 203rd Avenue (Tuthill Road) in the vicinity of 203rd Avenue and Broadway Road by extinguishing a portion of the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of Book 3 of Road Maps, Page 16, September 13, 1927. Approve abandonment of a County roadway per property owner request. (General Vicinity: 203rd Avenue and Broadway Road and affecting Assessor parcels 502-53-001, 502-52-007A, and 502-52-011A.
