62. CONTRACT WITH T.Y. LIN INTERNATIONAL FOR DESIGN SERVICES Approve Contract No. 2014-034, with T.Y. LIN International, to perform final design services for Maricopa County Department of Transportation, Project No. T497, Olive Avenue; Citrus Road to Cotton Lane, for a sum not to exceed Seven Hundred One Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Seven ($701,397.00). The Contract completion date shall be 730 days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. The Consultant shall prepare Final Design (100%) Plans, Specifications, and Estimate documents for Olive Avenue from 500 feet west of Citrus Road to 500 feet east of Cotton Lane, a distance of approximately 1.2 miles; the intersection of Citrus Road with Olive Avenue; and the intersection of Cotton Lane with Olive Avenue. The roadway improvements include roadway widening to five lanes with two lanes in each direction with a continuous left turn lane, the roadway will include traffic signal and intersection improvements, curb, gutter, and sidewalk.
