61. ROAD ABANDONMENT Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-282 to abandon a portion of 331st Avenue in the vicinity of Roeser Road by extinguishing a portion of the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of a Subdivision Plat Map for “Dixie Park” on July 26th, 1966 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Book 112 of Maps, Page 5. Request has been made the property owner and supported by MCDOT Permits Branch to reduce, through abandonment, a portion of the 55’ existing row to 40’ abandon to allow property owner to obtain building permit. (General Vicinity: 331st Avenue and Roeser Road, vacant land, and known as Assessor parcel 504-32-296 and 504-32-297. Supervisory District No. 4) (C-64-15-123-M-00)
