72. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS AT PEORIA AVENUE AND COTTON LANE Approve a change in traffic controls (All Way Stop) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: An All Way Stop (from a Two-Way east / west Stop) at Peoria Avenue and Cotton Lane. (This partially rescinds the Through Street Resolution on Cotton Lane dated May 21, 1957). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering safety study conducted by Maricopa County Department of Transportation. After evaluating current traffic volumes, accident records and sight distance it was determined that warrants were met for a multiway stop. (Supervisory District No. 4) (C-64-15-127-M-00)
