NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON PALMERAS DRIVE Approve new traffic controls (No Stopping, Standing, Parking Any Time) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A NO STOPPING, STANDING, PARKING ANY TIME ZONE on Palmeras Drive from 235 feet west of 98th Avenue to 98th Avenue. (South Side) A NO STOPPING, STANDING, PARKING ANY TIME ZONE on Palmeras Lane from 235 feet east of 98th Avenue to 98th Avenue. (South Side) This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study conducted at the request of the residents. Vehicles parked on Maricopa County right-of-way are causing obstructions to the traveling public. In the interest of public safety these signs are warranted.
