79. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON 64TH STREET Approve a change in traffic controls (Speed Limits) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A 35 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE (from a 40 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) on 64th Street from Dynamite Boulevard to Dixileta Drive. (This rescinds the 40 MPH speed limit zone dated July 6, 1994). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study to post speed limit signs on roadways that warrant a reduction in the existing speed limit to match existing roadway conditions.
