84. ROAD ABANDONMENT AB-284 Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-284 to abandon a portion of Devil Springs Road in the vicinity of 43rd Avenue and Devils Springs by extinguishing a portion of the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of an Easement for Highway Purposes on April 10, 1968 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Docket 7046, Page 105. Application to abandon the County road easement has been made by the property owner. No objections from request for comments have been received and the Department of Transportation has determined that the easement is not needed for a current or future roadway.
