54. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS AT RAY ROAD AND MOUNTAIN ROAD Approve a change in traffic controls (All Way Stop) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: An All Way Stop (from a Two-Way east / west Stop) at Ray Road and Mountain Road. (This partially rescinds the Through Street Resolution on Mountain Road dated November 20, 1991). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering safety study conducted by MCDOT and City of Mesa. After evaluating current traffic volumes, accident records and sight distance it was determined that warrants were met for a multiway stop. Supervisory District No. 1 (C-64-16-003-M-00)
