90. ROAD FILE NO. A538 Set a hearing for February 7, 2024, to rescind the action taken by the Board on the 23rd day of September 2015, which declared Road File No. A538 (C-64-16-009-M-01), recorded in instrument No. 2015-0712628, declaring Acoma Road, from 184th Avenue to 180th Avenue, a public highway in the County Highway system. In accordance with A.R.S. § 28-6701, 6702 and 6703, it is recommended by the Department of Transportation Director, that the Board of Supervisors resolve to remove that portion of Acoma Road from the County Transportation System that was declared in Road File No. A538. Said roadway is described to wit: RESCIND ROAD FILE NO. A538 That portion of Acoma Road having a width of 40 feet and lying in Section 10 – T3N, R2W of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, and also lying in the Plat of Waddell Haciendas Unit 1, recorded in Book 145 of Maps, Page 11 and Waddell Haciendas Unit 2, recorded in Book 158 of Maps, Page 38, M.C.R.; the centerline of said portion being described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the centerline of said Acoma Road that is 264.84 feet west of and perpendicular to the east line of Waddell Haciendas Unit 1, recorded in Book 145 of Maps, Page 11; Thence Easterly along said centerline of Acoma Road to a point on the east line of 180th Avenue being the POINT OF ENDING. The roadway is known as Acoma Road from 184th Avenue to 180th Avenue. The beginning, ending, general course and direction of the highway is depicted in the attached Exhibit “A”, pursuant to A.R.S. § 28-6701(B).
