53. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-285) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-6709 and 28-7202, adopt Resolution AB-285 to abandon a portion of Oak Street and alley in the vicinity of Harding Avenue and Oak Street in Wittmann, AZ, per A.R.S. §28-6709 and 28-7202, which was conveyed to public means of a Plat of Nadaburg Townsite recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as Book 13 of Maps, Page 24. An application to abandon has been received from the owner of properties abutting a portion of Oak Street and the alley bordering the northeast property lines of the lots owned by the applicant. The Arizona Department of Transportation owns the properties abutting the north line of the alley and declines claim to any interest of the half of the alley being abandoned abutting ADOT property. The land interest for the entire width of the alley is to convey to the applicant. A letter to that effect has been provided by ADOT. There have been no objections received from technical review and comments by MCDOT staff and affected utilities. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-16-011-M-00)
