58. AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC. TO FINISH CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR MC85 Approve a contract Amendment No. 3 for $580,283.91 with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. Contract 2013-043 to finish construction plans for MC85 between 107th Avenue and 95th Avenue. This project will widen MC85 between 107th Avenue and 95th Avenue from two lanes in each direction to two lanes in each direction and a median lane, and full build out of the intersections at 107th Ave and 99th Ave. The project will also improve striping, signage, signals and drainage. Contract Amendment 1 was for the completion of the design for MC85 between 91st Avenue and 75th Avenue. Amendment #2 extended the limits of this segment to 95th Avenue to take advantage of right-of-way dedication by a developer. The contract amendment amount will increase the original contract amount by over the one million threshold, but the amount is in the current approved TIP. (C-64-16-016-5-00)
