72. CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS AT SOUTH MOUNTAIN AVENUE AND 55TH AVENUE Approve a change in traffic controls (All Way Stop) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: An All Way Stop (from a Two-Way east / west Stop) at South Mountain Avenue and 55th Avenue. This agenda item is the result of an in-house safety study conducted by MCDOT and the City of Phoenix. After evaluating current traffic volumes, accident records and sight distance it was determined that warrants were met for a multiway stop. Supervisory District No. 5 (C-64-16-023-M-00)
