ANNEXATION (RIGHT OF WAY) BY THE TOWN OF GILBERT Pursuant to A.R.S. §9-471(N), approve the annexation by the Town of Gilbert of County right-of-way within: 154th Street from 618.12 feet North of Ocotillo Rd to Ocotillo Rd and 154th Street from 1006.70 feet South of Appleby Rd to Appleby Rd., in accordance with Ordinance No. 2546.
