66. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-286) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-286 to abandon a portion of Culver Street in the vicinity of I-10 and Perryville Road by extinguishing a portion of the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of a Dedication for public use on March 4, 1960 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder in Docket 3184 Page 47. Owner is developing the property in the area and has requested a portion of Culver be abandoned. Latham Street which is the street south of culver has already been abandoned for the development in AB-277. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-64-16-045-M-00)
