CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON MOUNTAIN ROAD Approve change in traffic controls (Speed Limits) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following location: A 35 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE on Mountain Road from Galveston Street to Ray Road. (This partially rescinds the 45 MPH speed limit zone dated November 20, 1991). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study conducted at the request of the residents.
