64. BID AND AWARD FOR FY2016 LOCAL ROADS REHABILITATION, PAVEMENT PRESERVATION PROJECT: APACHE SANDS, DESERT VILLAGE, MESQUITE TRAILS, ARIZONA SKIES MOBILE ESTATES, AND OASIS PARK Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation's Local Roads Rehabilitation, Pavement Preservation (PAVE) Project. Award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. Funds will be budgeted through the Transportation Department (640) Transportation Capital Projects fund (234) Pavement Preservation (PAVE) Project, Sub-Project T529. The pavement preservation will be performed in the following subdivisions: Apache Sands, Desert Village, Mesquite Trails, Arizona Skies Mobile Estates, and Oasis Park.
