65. BID AND AWARD FOR FY2016 LOCAL ROADS REHABILITATION, PAVEMENT PRESERVATION PROJECT: DESERT AIR, DESERT SAGUARO ESTATES, SUPERSTITION VILLAGE, CHEROKEE MOBILE ESTATES, AND APACHE TRAILS Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation's Local Roads Rehabilitation, Pavement Preservation (PAVE) Project. Award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, provided that the lowest responsive responsible bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. Funds will be budgeted through the Transportation Department (640) Transportation Capital Projects fund (234) Pavement Preservation (PAVE) Project, Sub-Project T530. The pavement preservation will be performed in the following subdivisions: Desert Air, Desert Saguaro Estates, Superstition Village, Cherokee Mobile Estates, and Apache Trails.
