68. BID AND AWARD FOR PAVEMENT PRESERVATION PROJECT: FY2016 ASPHALT RUBBER OVERLAY FOR NORTHWESTERN ARTERIALS Approve the solicitation of bids for Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Pavement Preservation project, sub-project T474 FY2016 Asphalt Rubber Overlay for Northwestern Arterials, Project No. T474. Award the contract to the lowest responsive bidder, provided the lowest responsive bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. This project consists of edge milling and overlaying the existing road surfaces with Asphalt Rubber Concrete Pavement. Replacement or installation of Pavement delineation and other miscellaneous work items are required to complete the project. (C-64-16-061-5-00)
