BID AND AWARD FOR PAVEMENT PRESERVATION PROJECT: FY2016 ROAD REHABILITION FOR SUN CITY UNIT 39 Approve the solicitation of bids for Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s project Pavement Preservation sub-project T531 FY2016 Road Rehabilitation for Sun City Unit 39. Award the contract to the lowest responsive bidder, provided the lowest responsive bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. This project consists of removing old pavement, grading the existing base and paving with 2.5” of Asphalt. (C-64-16-062-5-00)
