72. NEW TRAFFIC CONTROLS ON BOSWELL BOULEVARD Approve new traffic controls (Stops and No Stopping, Standing, Parking Any Time Signs) on unincorporated right-of-way at the following locations: All Traffic to stop before entering or crossing a THROUGH STREET within the prescribed limits of: Palmeras Drive from 100 Feet east of Boswell Boulevard to 100 feet west of 99th Avenue. A ONE-WAY STOP on Palmeras Drive at 106th Avenue for Westbound traffic. A NO STOPPING, STANDING, PARKING ANY TIME ZONE on Palmeras Drive from Boswell Boulevard to 99th Avenue (Both sides). This agenda item is the result of a Traffic Engineering Study conducted at the request of residents in the area. Vehicles parked on Maricopa County right-of-way are causing obstructions to the traveling public. In the interest of public safety these signs are warranted. This request includes the intersections between Boswell Blvd and 99th Ave. Warrants are met for the installation of Stop signs. Supervisory District No. 4. (C-64-16-066-M-00)
