72. TRADE-IN OF LARGE FORMAT PLOTTER AND SCANNER Pursuant to the Maricopa County Procurement Code, MC1-803, D.3., approve to trade-in a large format plotter and scanner to ARC Document Solutions. The trade-in credit of $1,500 from ARC Document Solutions will be used to purchase the new model as the existing unit is outdated and in need of replacement. The total purchase price of the equipment including the standard warranty is $25,755. With the trade-in credit of $1,500 and removal cost of $655, the net cost to the County is $27,048 including applicable taxes. Materials Management determined that a solicitation of quotes was necessary to obtain the best price for the purchase. On December 2, 2015, Materials Management completed the solicitation of quotes and ARC Document Solutions was selected as the successful bidder for the equipment. (C-64-16-072-M-00)
