7. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ARROYO NORTE UNITS 5, 6, AND 7 STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Establish the Arroyo Norte Units 5, 6, and 7 Street Lighting Improvement District. The district’s purpose is to purchase energy for the lighting of public streets and parks within the area. On January 13, 2016, the Board set February 3, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. as the date and time to hold the Hearing to Establish the Arroyo Norte Units 5, 6, and 7 Street Lighting Improvement District. A Petition with the requisite number of signatures has been presented requesting the Establishment of the Arroyo Norte Units 5, 6, and 7 Street Lighting Improvement District. (Signature Percentages: 82% by Area and 79% by Frontage) The district is located in the vicinity of I-17 and Circle Mountain Road. Supervisor District 3. (C-64-16-073-7-00)
